How does ordering work?
In Stock Items - Purchase in full directly via our website
Non-Stocked Items – Pre-Order items with a 50% security deposit to earmark equipment so that when it arrives, it’s yours. Remaining balance due upon pickup or delivery.

Payment Options:
What types of payment do you take?
For in person orders; we take cash, personal check or take advantage of our preferred financing partners. For online orders; choose immediate secure checkout via our Stripe powered shopping cart or take advantage of our low interest Terrace Financing options.
Pickup and Delivery:
When Can I pickup my Equipment?
All funds must be cleared with our bank before a machine is picked up or delivered. Additionally, if we deliver a machine outside NH, unless you have a tax exemption, we are required to collect associated state sales tax.

How long does it take to get the equipment once a deposit is placed?
Typically it’s 3-4 weeks to receive shipments from the east coast warehouse as they're generally well stocked with the most popular models and attachments.
Machine Setup:
Is it necessary to drain the oil or hydraulic fluid when we receive the machine?
The recommended engine break in is 10 hours. If you’re going to use it hard during that time then yes, drain both fluids. Most customers are doing lighter tasks while they get used to the machine so they can wait and do the initial break in fluid dump / filter change at the 10 initial hour interval. Do not exceed 10hrs without changing the break in fluid.
Warranty:
How does the warranty work?
The majority of Rippa Machines include an end to end warranty for 1 year. Rippa Pro Mini Excavators like the R22, R32 have a 3 year warranty. For more detailed warranty information check out our Rippa Equipment Warranty Page.
ORDER PROCESS AND INVENTORY STATUS​
At DIY Digger Depot, we strive to keep our most popular models in stock and ready for immediate work or purchase. However, due to high demand, some units may be transitioned from our regional supply chain.
Shipping & Timelines

In-Stock Items: If the equipment is currently at our New Hampshire location, it is typically ready for pickup or shipment the next business day.

Out-of-Stock Items: If we do not have your specific model in stock we can order it with a 40% deposit, we pull directly from our East Coast warehouse. Reach out to us via e-mail or call us for more details.
US Inventory Estimated Window: Shipping from the warehouse to our NH facility generally takes 10-14 business days depending on market conditions. Once it arrives, we perform a multi-point inspection to ensure your machine is job-site ready before you take delivery.
The New Hampshire Advantage (Tax-Free)
One of the biggest benefits of partnering with us is our location. Whether you are picking up your equipment in person or having it delivered to a New Hampshire address, there is 0% sales tax on your purchase.
Note: If you are an out-of-state buyer, please consult your local guidelines regarding use tax in your home state.
